OCI - Identity - Federation - Identity Provider Details (OracleIdentityCloudService)
Click on Create IDCS Group
In my case Name is IDCS_DevelopmentGroup and Description "IDCS Group for Development Group"
Click on Create
Now Group will be created with below information
